Healthy Relationship Means Healthy Life
Yes , Don't surprise, A healthy relationship may lead to a healthy life. Just be relax and think about your past, " when you had most healthy life", the answer will surprise you , when you have healthy realtionship with your family and with your friends and love ones.
Here I am not talking about your slim and great body shape. A healthy life mean , when you don't have any kind of stress and illness, when you feel yourself healthy from inner. " Self Satisfaction is the main definition of a healthy life."
So are you satisfied with your life ??? , of course yes if you have a healthy relationship with your family and friends and people around your social network.
For example, with high tension for a long-term depression due to its internal hormone secretion and change in the degree of muscle tension, immune system can’t work in the best condition, then people’s immunity drops, this is precisely why people with bad mood are susceptible to infectious diseases, why people with a long time of tense mood is likely to suffer from cancer, why obese people are subjected to heart disease.
Usually, in order to earn their bread and butter, people choose a particular career as their work and they have their hobbies for leisure time. They keep their work and hobbies as two distinct things. It will be a lot better if people make their hobby as their work and career. A hobby is something that people enjoy to do and use it as a stress buster when they get tired of their work. Instead, if their hobby becomes their work then they will enjoy their work and be happy with the kind of work they will be doing. This will make them intrinsically motivated towards their work. Not only it will make them enjoy their work, but it will also drive them to excel in it.
Life can be highly unpredictable. Various ups and downs may occur throughout one’s life. There are moments of happiness as well as sadness. All this may create a lot of instability within oneself. The only way to maintain a proper composure in life is to seek and eventually achieve self-satisfaction. It is the seeking of self-satisfaction that guides the person through all the turbulence of life. Achieving self-satisfaction should be the main criteria in whatever the person wants to do.

Always Be Thankful
Thankfulness, I often feel, is a much under-rated quality. There’s a tendency to place a lot of emphasis on self-gratification and getting what we want right now rather than being thankful for what we already have. And I don’t just mean material possessions; how often do we consciously take time to appreciate some of the less tangible but very real and important things in our life, like friendship or love, or the smaller things like the taste of a home-cooked meal, the feel of warm sunshine on our skin, or the sound and smell of the sea?
Real life isn’t always going to be perfect or go our way, but the recurring acknowledgment of what is working in our lives can help us not only to survive but surmount our difficulties
Being thankful for what we have doesn’t mean giving up on our dreams and aspirations; being thankful for having a roof over your head, food in your cupboard, and clothes on your back is one thing, but human beings need more than the bare essentials if we’re to live a truly fulfilled life.
So stop worrying about the what will you have in future and for what are you working and trying right now, always think what you have got in the past, which beautiful relation you had, which lovely moments you had, what you miss most about your childhood , and so on...............
Then thanks for all that, and feel satisfaction from your life. Surly you will feel yourself lot happier than ever.
How to make yourself happy
No doubt that every body on this planet want to be happy and always want to live happy life. But it is not possible , just because of so many things , which make us selfish.
We always hurt ourselves , by the people to whom we love most, this is happen every day and every moment of the life. Because we keep the hope that our loved ones always understand our emotions and needs, But we forget that everybody has , his own priorities towards the emotions, some time its not the same in the case of you and your loved ones.
This is the point where you hurt yourself , people do their best according to their emotion and feeling, those might be against your emotions, that’s why every one on this planet, complaints about.
Stop thinking and expecting from others, if some one does something which you really like , just take it as a God gift and surprise, never think that its granted to you or it was your right just because you love those people.
Stop thinking that what your loved one are doing for you, just think what you can do to please them, never accept anything from them as granted or as your right, just welcome or thanks them , if they do some thing, which makes you happy.
Its very hard to live these rules, but this is the only way that you can give lot of to this world and make yourself happy.
